Abstract:
The present invention provides: a laminate in which the corrosion of a metal pattern that can act as a resonator for terahertz-band electromagnetic waves can be prevented; and a method for manufacturing a laminate. The laminate according to the present invention comprises: a dielectric film; a metal pattern that is provided on at least one surface side of the dielectric film and acts as a resonator for terahertz-band electromagnetic waves; and an organic film that is provided on the metal pattern and has a moisture permeability of 3000 g/(m2•24hr) or less under an environment having a temperature of 40°C and a relative humidity of 90%.
