Abstract:
A laminate comprising a thermoplastic resin layer, a thermosetting resin layer, and a protective film that have been superposed in this order, wherein the thermosetting resin layer comprises a thermosetting resin composition containing two or more organic metal complexes, the surface of the protective film on the reverse side from the thermosetting resin layer has a surface roughness Ra of 30 nm or less, and the surface of the protective film on the thermosetting-resin-layer side has a nitrogen atom content less than 1 atm%; a method for producing a metallic member; and a method for producing a resinous member.
