LAMINATE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING LAMINATE, AND ROOM MIRROR FOR VEHICLES

Provided are: a laminate equipped with a multilayer film that does not undergo the occurrence of wrinkling under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions; a method for producing the laminate; and a room mirror for vehicles, which is equipped with the laminate. The laminate is provided with a substrate, an adhesive layer and a multilayer film in this order. The laminate has such a property that the laminate permits the transmission of first polarized light and reflects second polarized light having a polarization axis x that intersects a polarization axis y of the first polarized light. The multilayer film is composed of multiple first layers each made from a crystalline naphthalenedicarboxylic acid polyester and multiple second layers each made from a polymer other than a crystalline naphthalenedicarboxylic acid polyester, wherein the first layers and the second layers are laminated alternately. The refractive index of each of the first layers is higher than that of each of the second layers in the polarization axis of the second polarized light, and the multilayer film has a thermal expansion coefficient of -80 [10-6/K] or more at a temperature 3ºC higher than the glass transition temperature of the multilayer film as measured in the direction of the polarization axis of the first polarized light.
