Abstract:
Provided are: a laminate exhibiting excellent adhesion between a base and a coating film, which is obtained by forming the coating film by a cold spray method on the base surface that has a high hardness after blasting the base surface by spraying a non-metal powder thereto by a cold spray method; and a method for producing a laminate. This laminate 1 is characterized by comprising a base 10 that is formed of a metal or alloy having a Vickers hardness of 120 HV or more and has recesses and projections in the surface and a coating film 11 that is formed on the surface of the base 10 and is formed of a metal or an alloy. This laminate 1 is also characterized in that the coating film 11 forms a metal bond with the base 10.
