Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a header (41), which extends in the width direction of a chamber and into which an inert gas is introduced from the outside; and a nozzle body (43) that communicates with the header (41) along the width direction and horizontally blows the inert gas supplied from the header (41) into a molding area. The nozzle body (43) has: a honeycomb part (52) that divides the interior of the nozzle body (43) into a plurality of flow paths through which the inert gas flows; a blowout part (55), which is disposed downstream of the honeycomb part (52) and communicates in the width direction, and into which the inert gas passing through the plurality of flow paths is introduced; and a porous part (54) that is disposed between the honeycomb part (52) and the blowout part (55) and has a plurality of openings.
