Abstract:
This laminate for optical member formation comprises a thermoplastic substrate that contains an ultraviolet absorbent and an optical member forming layer that is arranged on the surface of the thermoplastic substrate. The optical member forming layer contains: a photopolymerization initiator which has a maximum absorption wavelength on the shorter wavelength side than the wavelength at which the light transmittance of the thermoplastic substrate is 50%; and a photopolymerization initiator which has a maximum absorption wavelength on the longer wavelength side than the wavelength at which the light transmittance of the thermoplastic substrate is 50%. The present invention also provides: an optical member sheet which uses this laminate for optical member formation; a method for producing this optical member sheet; a three-dimensional structure; and a method for producing this three-dimensional structure.
