Title:
LAMINATE PRINTING INK COMPOSITION FOR FLEXIBLE PACKAGING
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/235526
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The invention addresses the problem of providing a printing ink composition for a laminate for flexible packaging having excellent long-term stability for which the printing ink composition for a laminate for flexible packaging can be designed so that environmentally detrimental chlorine is not used, a higher content of a plant-derived material can be used, and improvements in adhesiveness thereof on films including various types of film and various high-function barrier films can be achieved. As a solution to the problem, provided is a flexible packaging laminate printing ink composition, which is a printing ink composition for a laminate, containing a pigment, a binder resin, and an organic solvent, wherein the binder resin contains a polyurethane resin (A) having a urethane group concentration of 0.3 to 2.4 mmol/g and containing, at each terminus, a urea bond having an amino group, and a polyurethane resin (B) having a urethane group concentration of 2.0 to 6.0 mmol/g and containing no urea bond, the mass ratio of the polyurethane resin (A) versus the polyurethane resin (B) being 95:5 to 50:50.
