Abstract:
The present invention provides a laminate for use in a non-aqueous battery exterior and capable of increasing the mechanical strength of a laminate for use in a non-aqueous battery exterior, and improving non-aqueous battery production efficiency by preventing the occurrence of defects during drawing. More specifically, the present invention provides a laminate 10 for use in a battery exterior and obtained by layering a substrate layer 11, an SUS foil 12, and a multilayered sealant layer 13 comprising a polyolefin resin, in order. At least the sealant layer 13 side of the SUS foil 12 has a surface-covering layer 17 having a thickness of 0.05-1.0μm formed thereon by drying and curing a water-soluble coating material containing a water-soluble resin, a metal fluoride compound, and an organic chelating agent. On the side thereof interfacing with the SUS foil 12, the sealant layer 13 has a heat-bonding polyolefin resin layer containing one or more types selected from a resin group consisting of: a maleic anhydride-modified polyolefin resin; an alloy material comprising a polyolefin resin and a resin having an epoxy group; and an alloy material comprising a polyolefin resin and a resin having an oxazoline group.
