Abstract:

A urethane-based resin laminate which comprises a fiber reinforced resin layer prepared by providing a prepreg in a sheet form wherein continuous reinforcing fibers are arranged in one direction and impregnated with a thermoplastic resin so as for the reinforcing fibers to account for 50 % by volume, laminating at least two sheets of the prepreg in a manner such that fiber directions of respective sheets intersect at right angles and, optionally, further laminating a non-woven fabric on one or both sides of the resultant laminate, and a urethane-based resin layer laminated thereon. The urethane-based resin laminate is excellent in dimensional stability and in applicability.
