Abstract:

A laminate that excels in appearance at retort sterilization, delamination resistance, gas barrier property, long-run processability, odor or coloring prevention capability, etc. There is provided a laminate comprising layer (I) containing ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer saponification product (A) and polyamide resin (B) and, adjacent thereto directly or via an adhesive resin layer, layer (II) of polyamide resin (C), characterized in that the ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer saponification product (A) contains sodium salt (M1) and divalent metal salt (M2), the sodium salt (M1) and divalent metal salt (M2) used in a content ratio (M1/M2) of 0.01 to 15 in terms of metal weight, further containing 3 to 50 ppm, in terms of phosphorus, of a phosphorus compound and 10 to 1000 ppm of a hindered phenol antioxidant.
