Abstract:
This laminate is provided with a substrate and an antifouling layer. The laminate has a Martens hardness of 1000-4500 N/mm2. A silicon-containing layer including at least 10 atm% of silicon is disposed between the substrate and the antifouling layer. A fluorine-containing layer (F layer) is disposed at the antifouling-layer side of the silicon-containing layer. The F1s binding energy peak of fluorine in the F layer is in the range of 684-687.5 eV inclusive. The ratio F1s/Si2p of the atomic concentration (atm%) of fluorine calculated from the F1s binding energy peak of fluorine, to the atomic concentration (atm%) of silicon calculated from the Si2p binding energy peak of silicon is in the range of 0.003-100. The F1s binding energy peak of fluorine in the antifouling layer is over 687.5 eV, but not more than 691 eV.
