Abstract:
A laminate (1) is provided with a foundation layer (3) and a crystalline transparent conductive layer (4) located adjacent to one surface (31) of the foundation layer (3) in the thickness direction. One surface (41) of the transparent conductive layer (4) in the thickness direction is provided with a first protrusion (42) having a height of 3 nm or more. The one surface (31) of the foundation layer (3) may be provided with a second protrusion (32) having a height of 3 nm or more. The second protrusion (32), when being projected in the thickness direction, does not overlap the first protrusion (42). The transparent conductive layer (4) contains a rare gas having an atomic number greater than that of argon.
