Abstract:
This laminate for manufacturing a TFT substrate comprises: a support base material made of glass; a first inorganic film laminated on the support base material; a polyimide resin laminated on the first inorganic film; and a second inorganic film laminated on the polyimide resin, wherein the polyimide resin has a structural unit represented by general formula (1) or a structural unit represented by general formula (2), and the glass transition temperature is 400°C or higher. (X1 is a group having an alicyclic structure or an aromatic ring, Y1 is a single bond and the like, R1 and R2 are methyl groups and the like, h and i are integers of 0-4, at least one of which is an integer of 1-4, and n is 0, 1, or 2.) (X2 includes a tetravalent group represented by general formula (3), Y2 is a single bond and the like, and m is 0, 1, or 2.) (R is a methyl group and the like, p is 1-4, and k is 1 or 2.)
