Abstract:
A laminated aluminum electrolytic capacitor, comprising a capacitor main body formed by laminating a plurality of single sheets, a metal shell, a metal base plate, an anode guide pin, and a cathode guide pin. The capacitor main body is packaged in the metal shell by means of the metal base plate, the anode guide pin and the cathode guide pin are respectively electrically connected to a positive electrode end and a negative electrode end of the capacitor main body and extend out of the metal base plate, and glass beads are used between the anode guide pin and the metal base plate for calcining to form an airtight structure; the cathode guide pin and the metal base plate are sealedly connected. According to the present invention, the glass beads are used for filling a gap between the guide pin and the metal base plate, and after the glass beads are calcined and melted and then cooled, the glass beads can fix the guide pin and the metal base plate together, so that the guide pin and the metal base plate form an integrated structure, and the melted glass beads can well fill the gap between the guide pin and the metal base plate, so that an airtight structure having high sealing performance is formed between the guide pin and the metal base plate.
