Provided is a laminated ceramic capacitor having thinner ceramic dielectric layers and exhibiting excellent durability and good dielectric characteristics even when a high electric field strength voltage is applied thereto. The laminated ceramic capacitor comprises: a ceramic laminate (5) having a plurality of ceramic dielectric layers (2) laminated therein; a plurality of internal electrodes (3, 4) arranged inside the ceramic laminate (5) so as to face each other having the ceramic dielectric layers (2) therebetween; and external electrodes (6, 7) arranged on the outside surface of the ceramic laminate so as to be electrically connected to the internal electrodes. The internal electrodes contain Ni and Sn and the laminated ceramic capacitor is configured so as to fulfill the conditions that at least 75% of an area in the internal electrodes having a depth of 20 nm from the surface facing the ceramic dielectric layers has a Sn/(Ni+Sn) ratio of at least 0.001 by molar ratio, and less than 40% of the area in a center area in the thickness direction of the internal electrodes has an Sn/(Ni+Sn) ratio of at least 0.001 by molar ratio.
