Abstract:
Disclosed is a laminated ceramic capacitor that has large capacity and high reliability. The laminated ceramic capacitor (2) is provided with a ceramic sintered body (10) that includes a plurality of laminated ceramic layers (15); and first and second internal electrodes (11, 12) provided alternately in the laminating direction of the ceramic layers (15) so as to face each other, inside the ceramic sintered body (10), and with the ceramic layers (15) intervened therebetween. The ceramic sintered body (10) comprises a first section that is positioned at an area where the first and second internal electrodes (11, 12) face each other, and a second section that is positioned outside the first section. The ratio (Ic/Ia) of the c-axis peak intensity (Ic) to the a-axis peak intensity (Ia), to be obtained in an XRD analysis of the ceramic layers (15), is 2 or more.
