Provided is a highly reliable laminated ceramic capacitor with which discharge between electrodes is suppressed or prevented after a blowout, the amount of electrode melting in the blow-out section is small, and there is little chance of loss of the capacitor functionality due to breakage in a ceramic element. This laminated ceramic capacitor has a structure wherein external electrodes (4 (4a, 4b)) are arranged so as to be electrically connected to internal electrodes (2 (2a, 2b)) in a ceramic element (10), which is equipped with ceramic layers (1) that function as dielectric layers, and with the internal electrodes (2 (2a, 2b)), which are stacked on each other with the ceramic layers therebetween, with the lead-out portions (22 (22a, 22b)) of the internal electrodes leading out to the end surfaces (3 (3a, 3b) of the ceramic element. The internal electrodes are formed from nickel or copper, and are equipped with narrow portions (12 (12a, 12b)) formed such that the width (W) in the direction orthogonal to the lead-out direction is narrower than the width (W0) of other portions. The cross-sectional area of the narrow portions in the direction orthogonal to the lead-out direction is in the range of 10-40 μm2.
