Abstract:
The present invention includes: a step of constructing a first substrate (1) by forming a first conductive pattern (21) on a first insulating base material (11); a step of constructing a second substrate (2) by forming a second conductive pattern (22) on a second insulating base material (12); and a step of joining a formed surface of the first conductive pattern (21) on the first substrate (1) and a formed surface of the second conductive pattern (22) of the second substrate (2), via only a joining layer (30) of a thermoplastic resin. The deformation amount, at fusion temperature, of the first insulating base material (11) and the second insulating base material (12) is small compared to that of the joining layer (30). The first conductive pattern (21) and the second conductive pattern (22) are coil patterns having a coil axis extending in the direction in which the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (2) are laminated.
