Abstract:
A laminated core manufacturing method in which rotary lamination is performed wherein core pieces (20) manufactured by conveying a band-shaped material to be blanked (10) to a mold device and sequentially pressing the band-shaped material to be blanked are pulled out and drop to a blanking die (21) and the blanking die (21) is rotated by a predetermined degree each time. In said method, a positioning mechanism for the blanking die (21) provided with rotary lamination guide pins and rotary lamination guide holes (23-30) is provided inside both ends in the width direction of the band-shaped material to be blanked (10), and temporary holes (13-16) through which the rotary lamination guide pins are inserted are further provided in the band-shaped material to be blanked (10). Consequently, the mold device can be reduced in size.
