Abstract:
A laminated dual-vibration screen is composed of a stander (3), several laminated screen units (4) misaligning with each other in the vertical direction, a receiving vat (28) and a control device. The laminated dual-vibration screen includes a vibration motor group (8) and an electromagnetic vibration exciter (7). The electromagnetic vibration exciter (7) and the vibration motor group (8) work simultaneously, so as to generate a high frequency electromagnetic vibration perpendicular to the screen cloth and a mechanical linear vibration which forms a certain angle with the high frequency electromagnetic vibration direction. The vibration frequencies of two kinds of vibrations are different. The screen cloth and the material layers on the screen cloth are driven to generate a compound vibration under the above-mentioned two kinds of vibrations. The laminated dual-vibration screen has a rational construction and a high screening efficiency.
