Abstract:
Disclosed are a laminated fabric for a protective clothing capable of achieving both an improved shielding ability and comfort, and a protective clothing using the same.
Specifically disclosed are a laminated fabric for a protective clothing consisting of two or more fabric layers including an outer layer and an inner layer, the inner layer being positioned in the skin side when used in a protective clothing, wherein the outer layer is formed of a fabric comprising fibers having a limited oxygen index (LOI), determined in accordance with JIS L 1091 E, of 21 or more, the inner layer is formed of a fabric comprising fibers having a limited oxygen index (LOI), determined in accordance with JIS L 1091 E, of 21 or more and a heat diffusivity of 2.2×10-6 m2.s-1, the porosity of said fabric is 85% or more but less than 98%, the thickness thereof is 0.5 mm or more but not more than 8.0 mm and the basis weight thereof is 80 g/m2 or more but not more than 250 g/m2; and a protective clothing using said laminated fabric for a protective clothing.
