Abstract:
A laminated ferrite part comprising ferrite basis body (1) having built-in coil
conductor (2), wherein the coil conductor (2) is one produced by sintering of
a conductive paste composed mainly of Ag, and wherein the ferrite basis body (1)
is composed mainly of an Mg-Cu-Zn ferrite material and contains Bi2O3
in an amount of 0.10 to 0.50 wt.%, preferably 0.25 to 0.50 wt.%. Sintering is performed
in a sintering atmosphere of 10 vol.% or less, preferably 5 vol.% or less, oxygen
concentration. Consequently, even in the use of Mg-Zn-Cu ferrite material,
there can be realized a laminated ferrite part obtained by low-temperature firing
to such an extent that co-sintering with Ag can be effected.
