[Problem] To prevent, when manufacturing a laminated iron core by punching, from a belt-like thin steel sheet, an iron core thin sheet on which segments are arranged in line, the remaining material of the belt-like thin steel sheet from intruding into a die hole while improving material yield. [Solution] A progressive die (1) comprises: a first contour punching portion (37) for punching the contour of an iron core thin sheet (10) from a hoop material (W); and a second contour punching portion (38) disposed on the side more downstream than the first contour punching portion in a transfer direction of a belt-like thin steel sheet and punching the contour of the iron core thin sheet from the hoop material in an arrangement different from that of the first contour punching portion. In the first contour punching portion, each tooth portion (17) in the iron core thin sheet is punched in a state of extending from a yoke portion (18) in the direction substantially opposite to the transfer direction of the hoop material (W). In the second contour punching portion, each tooth portion is punched in a state of extending from the yoke portion substantially in the transfer direction of the hoop material and so as to be disposed between tooth portion punched holes punched by the first contour punching portion.
