Abstract:
Provided is a miniature laminated LC filter having high input/output impedance. If a laminate 1 is viewed in the direction of lamination of dielectric layers 1a-1p, an inductor LX (inductor electrode 4a, via electrode 5f) for impedance adjustment and an inductor L1 (via electrode 5i, inductor electrode 4c, via electrode 5h) of an input-step LC parallel resonator LC1 overlap, or an inductor LY (inductor electrode 4b, via electrode 5g) for impedance adjustment and an inductor L5 (via electrode 5q, inductor electrode 4g, via electrode 5p) of an output-step LC parallel resonator LC5 overlap.
