Abstract:
Provided is a laminated LC filter that suppresses the obstruction, by another adjacent LC resonator, of the formation of a magnetic field by an inductor of an LC resonator. This laminated LC filter is equipped with: a laminate 1 in which a plurality of insulating layers 1a-1l are layered; a ground electrode 5; a plurality of capacitor electrodes 6a-6j; a planar electrode 9; and a plurality of via electrodes. The via electrodes include open-circuit-side via electrodes 8a-8d that connect the capacitor electrodes 6c-6f and the planar electrode 9 with one another, and short-circuit-side via electrodes 7a, 7b that connect the planar electrode 9 and the ground electrode 5 with one another. An inductor L is formed by the conduction path extending from the capacitor electrodes 6c-6f, through the open-circuit-side via electrodes 8a-8d, the planar electrode 9 and the short-circuit-side via electrodes 7a, 7b, to the ground electrode 5. A capacitor C is formed from the capacitance formed between the ground electrode 5 and the capacitor electrodes 6c-6f. The inductor L and the capacitor C are connected in parallel so as to form LC resonators LC1-LC4. The short-circuit-side via electrodes 7a, 7b are shared by all of the LC resonators LC1-LC4 formed in the laminate 1.
