The problem addressed by the present invention is to provide a nonwoven sheet that can be used as a mask filter material, has both high dust collection performance and low pressure loss, and further has superior body fitting characteristics and flexibility. The present invention provides a laminated nonwoven fabric sheet formed from an integration of an ultrafine fiber layer and a hydrophilic short fiber layer, wherein: one or both surfaces of the ultrafine fiber layer are laminated with the hydrophilic short fiber layer; the ultrafine fiber layer is formed from a mixture of 20 – 80% by mass of a thermoplastic resin fiber (A) and 80 – 20% by mass of an elastomer resin fiber (B) melted or softened at a temperature lower than the thermoplastic resin (A); the ultrafine fiber layer contains a hindered amine compound; the laminated nonwoven fabric sheet undergoes electret processing; and the 10% elongation strength in one direction and the 10% elongation strength in a direction perpendicular to the one direction differ.
