Abstract:
Disclosed is a laminated resin film having a second resin film laminated on at least one surface of a first resin film with an adhesive layer therebetween, the laminated resin film comprising a compound including a specific borate group and/or borate ester group on the lamination surface of the first resin film and/or the second resin film, wherein a compound represented by general formula (1) is interposed between the first resin film and the adhesive layer and/or between the second resin film and the adhesive layer. Preferably, the first resin film is a polarizer and the second resin film is a transparent film.
