Abstract:
The present invention provides a laminated solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof. The laminated solar cell according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a substrate; a plurality of sub-cells which are disposed laminated on each other on the substrate, and perform photoelectric conversion in sequentially different wavelength bands; and a metal disk array disposed on at least one of the interfaces between neighboring sub-cells. The center wavelengths of the wavelength bands corresponding to the sub-cells gradually decrease sequentially going down from the highest layer. The metal disk array reflects light that could not be absorbed and is transmitted through a sub-cell disposed above the metal disk array. The metal disk array is inserted by a wafer bonding technique.
