Abstract:
A laminated-type inductor element reduces the possibility of metal constituents diffusing from a magnetic ferrite layer (14) coming in electrical contact with land electrodes at the mounting substrate side, by making the thickness of a lower-face side nonmagnetic ferrite layer (15) thicker than an upper-face side nonmagnetic ferrite layer (11), while lowering the height of the element as a whole by making the thickness of the upper-face side nonmagnetic ferrite layer (11) thinner. The laminated type inductor element is also configured such that warping of the element as a whole is inhibited, by making the structure of the laminated type inductor element such that inductors (31) are arranged to be offset towards the lower-face side with respect to a nonmagnetic ferrite layer (13).
