Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technology of a laminated-type photovoltaic block comprising laminated photovoltaic layers and having high photovoltaic efficiency. To solve the problem above, one of representative laminated-type photovoltaic blocks according to the present invention is a block body obtained by laminating photovoltaic cells each in a plate shape and a height dimension of the block body is equal to or longer than either one of the depth dimension and the width dimension. Alternatively, the laminated-type photovoltaic block may be a block body obtained by laminating at least five or more layers of photovoltaic cells each in a plate shape and end surfaces of the laminated photovoltaic cells are aligned so as to form a substantially flat surface. Furthermore, these laminated-type photovoltaic blocks can be used as a window and an exterior material by surrounding the block using frames.
