Abstract:
Considering various problems caused by a filler lying off a workpiece and adhering to a conveyor sheet in the conventional lamination of a solar cell etc., provided is a conveyor sheet cleaning mechanism which is capable of efficiently and effectively removing the filler having adhered to the conveyor sheet.
A laminating device provided with an upper chamber (113), the inside of which is partitioned with a diaphragm (112), and a lower chamber (121) and comprising the conveyor sheet (130) for conveying the workpiece (10) is provided with: a belt-like brush (43) which can be pressed to the portion of the conveyor sheet, the portion where the conveyor sheet is brought into contact with the roller on the discharging side; and a brush roll (26) which is provided so as to come into contact with the conveying surface of the conveyor sheet and which is driven by a rotary actuator.
