A lamination apparatus and a lamination method, the lamination apparatus comprising a box body (4) and a heating system (100), a vacuum suction system (200), and a hot air circulation system (300), an object to be laminated being placed in the box body (4), the vacuum suction system (200) being arranged to perform a vacuum suction operation on the object to be laminated (10) inside the box body (4), the heating system (100) being arranged to perform heating treatment on the object to be laminated (10) inside the box body (4), and the hot air circulation system (300) being arranged to drive the air in the box body (4) to circulate during the heating operation of the heating system (100).
