Abstract:
[Problem] To minimize cracking and delamination, and improve the bending strength, of a lamination-type ceramic electronic part having inside electrode layers 0.5 μm or less in size. [Solution] This lamination-type ceramic electronic part is a laminate in which inside electrode layers and dielectric ceramic layers are laminated in alternating fashion, the lamination-type ceramic electronic part being characterized in that the inside electrode layers have an electrode discontinuity portion, a portion of the electrode discontinuity portion includes dielectric ceramic particles which, viewed in cross section from a direction orthogonal to the lamination direction of the laminate, appear larger than the thickness of the dielectric ceramic layer; and the dielectric ceramic particles have a crystalline structure of the same kind as the dielectric ceramic particles that form the dielectric ceramic layer, and contact at least one of inside electrode layers that face one another with a dielectric ceramic layer sandwiched therebetween.
