Abstract:
A method comprises the steps of forming an inner magnetic sheet (13) on a PET sheet (B1), forming a dielectric sheet (14) on a PET sheet (B2), forming electric conduction patterns (17, 18) on the dielectric sheet (14), cutting the boundary between the central portion and other portion than the peripheral edge in the inner magnetic sheet (13), cutting the boundary between the central portion and other portion than the peripheral edge in the dielectric sheet (14), reversing the inner magnetic sheet (13) and superposing the latter on a lower magnetic sheet (16) to contact-bond the central portion and the peripheral edge, removing unnecessary portions along with the PET sheet (B1), reversing the dielectric sheet (14) and superposing the latter on the inner magnetic sheet (13) to cause coincidence in a portion other than the central portion and peripheral edge by contact-bonding, and removing unnecessary portions along with the PET sheet (B2). After a required number of sheets have been superposed, the assembly is calcined with an upper magnetic sheet (15) superposed thereon.
