Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a LAMP detection primer set and a reagent kit for a silkworm egg microsporidium. The primer set comprises outer primers Sep3F3/Sep3B3 and inner primers Sep3FIP/Sep3BIP, the sequences of which are as represented by SEQ ID NO: 1-4. The present invention also utilizes the primers in establishing a LAMP detection method and the reagent kit for the silkworm egg microsporidium. The reagent kit comprises the primer set, a 2x reaction buffer, a positive control, a negative control, a chromogenic solution (or a fluorescent staining solution), Bst DNA polymerase, a barrier fluid, and sterile water. A detection result can be visually observed with the naked eyes in natural light or observed with agarose gel electrophoresis or observed with real-time fluorescence curve for determination.
