Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are LAMP primers for a silkworm egg microsporidium and applications of the primers. The primer set comprises outer primers EB1-F3/EB1-B3 and inner primers EB1-FIP/EB1-BIP, the sequences of which are as represented by SEQ ID NO: 1-4. The present invention also utilizes the primers in establishing a LAMP detection method and a reagent kit for the silkworm egg microsporidium. The reagent kit comprises the primer set, a 2x reaction buffer, a positive control, a negative control, a chromogenic solution (or a fluorescent staining solution), Bst DNA polymerase, a barrier fluid, and sterile water. A detection result of the method can be visually observed with the naked eyes in natural light or observed with agarose gel electrophoresis or observed with real-time fluorescence curve for determination.
