Abstract:
This lamp device includes: a housing which is a part to be attached to a vehicle; a lamp unit; a radar unit having an antenna that transmits radar waves and receives reflected waves from an object; a translucent cover that covers and is attached to the front surface side of the housing so as to accommodate the lamp unit and the radar unit therein, and through which radar waves pass; and an electromagnetic wave absorption section provided to a surface of the housing facing the translucent cover or to a surface on the opposite side from said surface of the housing.
