Abstract:
Provided are a lamp holder and a lamp system. The lamp holder comprises: a main body, wherein the main body comprises a shell, a groove is provided in the shell, an inserting opening is provided in the shell, the inserting opening runs through the shell towards the outside in the radial direction of the groove and brings the lateral outer portion of the shell into communication with the groove, and the shell is provided with supporting parts; a rotor, wherein the rotor is sheathed on the supporting part, and the rotor is provided with an accommodating groove; and a conductive terminal, wherein the conductive terminal is fixed inside the shell, and at least part of the conductive terminal is arranged in the groove. Two sets of supporting parts are provided, same are symmetrically arranged, and an inserting groove is provided between the two sets of supporting parts; and the inserting groove is located in the direction in which the inserting opening extends. The supporting part comprises a supporting rib and a bending part, wherein one end of the supporting rib is fixed to the shell, the bending part is fixed to the other end of the supporting rib, which other end is opposite the shell, and the ratio of the width of the bending part to the width of the inserting groove is 0.92 : 1 to 1.4 : 1.
