Abstract:
A lamp panel, a bearing device, and a placement method for packaging the lamp panel. The lamp panel comprises a substrate, a plurality of light-emitting elements arranged on the substrate, and at least one supporting column arranged on the substrate. The bearing device comprises a plurality of bearing plates for bearing lamp panels, wherein the bearing plates and the lamp panels are alternately stacked in a second direction; a bearing plate and a lamp panel, which are adjacent to each other, serve as a packaging structure; the lamp panel is arranged on the bearing plate; each bearing plate is provided with a plurality of disc body avoidance holes; each substrate is provided with a plurality of substrate avoidance holes; the positions of the plurality of bearing plates are relatively fixed, and the positions of every two adjacent lamp panels are relatively staggered; in one packaging structure, at least one disc body avoidance hole and at least one substrate avoidance hole correspond to each other in position and serve as an avoidance hole group; and in the second direction, supporting columns located in a lower packaging structure pass through the avoidance hole group located in at least one upper packaging structure. The structure can increase the number of layers on which the lamp panels in a packaging box are stacked, and double an increase in the packaging quantity of the lamp panels, thereby saving on the production costs and improving the production efficiency.
