Abstract:
A first supply current conductive plate (71) and a second supply current conductive plate (72), which respectively make contact with a pair of connection terminal portions (101) that constitute a lamp cap (100) and which form an electrical connection, extend from the terminal connection portions towards a circuit casing (60), extend along the cylinder axial direction (lamp axial J direction) of the circuit casing (60) towards a substrate (52) that forms a circuit unit (50), and are arranged inside the circuit casing (60). The first supply current conductive plate (71) and the second supply current conductive plate (72) respectively make contact with a first current-receiving pad (53) and a second current-receiving pad (54) formed on the main surface of the substrate (52), and are electrically connected to the circuit unit (50).
