A lamp comprising a light source module (110) and a cover module (130), the light source module (110) comprising: a circuit board (111) provided with plural light emitting elements (115); a fixed ring (112) comprising an annular base plate (1121); a side wall (1122) connected to an outer side edge of the annular base plate (1121); and at least two side flanges (1123) provided at an outer side of the side wall (1122). The circuit board (111) is accommodated in an accommodation space formed by the annular base plate (1121) and the side wall (1122). The cover module (130) comprises: a base body (131) comprising a first surface (133); a second surface (134) disposed at an opposite side of the first surface (133); an accommodation cavity (135) recessed from the first surface (133) towards the second surface (134); and at least two sliding slots (136) of a side wall (1352) positioned within the accommodation cavity (135). The at least two flanges (1123) of the fixed ring (112) can rotate into and engage the at least two sliding slots (136), thereby fixing the circuit board (111) within the accommodation cavity (135). The lamp assembly is simple.
