Abstract:
A lamp comprising: a lamp holder (100), wherein the lamp holder (100) comprises a first shell (110) and a light source module (120), the first shell (110) is provided with a first inner cavity and a penetrating hole in communication with the first inner cavity, the light source module (120) is movably arranged in the first inner cavity, and at least part of the light source module (120) can stretch out of the first inner cavity or retract into the first inner cavity by means of the penetrating hole; and a supporting column (200) and a lamp base (300), wherein the first shell (110) is supported on the lamp base (300) by means of the supporting column (200). The lamp can solve the problem of low usage efficiency.
