Abstract:
Provided are a lampshade polishing mechanism (200) and an assembling apparatus (20) thereof, wherein the lampshade polishing mechanism (200) comprises a lampshade inner hole mounting base plate (210), a lampshade inner hole positioning device (220), a lampshade inner hole conveying device (230) and a lampshade inner hole polishing device (240), wherein the lampshade inner hole mounting base plate (210) is arranged on a workbench, the lampshade inner hole positioning device (220), the lampshade inner hole conveying device (230) and the lampshade inner hole polishing device (240) are arranged on the lampshade inner hole mounting base plate (210) respectively, and the lampshade inner hole positioning device (220) is located between the lampshade inner hole conveying device (230) and the lampshade inner hole polishing device (240). According to the lampshade polishing mechanism, the lampshade inner hole mounting base plate, the lampshade inner hole positioning device, the lampshade inner hole conveying device and the lampshade inner hole polishing device are arranged, so that burr removing polishing processing can be carried out on a lampshade inner hole, and burrs of the polishing processing can be rapidly collected, the production processing efficiency and the processing quality are improved, and the overall processing operation is environment-friendly.
