Abstract:
A laparoscope for use in minimally invasive surgery, comprising an endoscope front end portion (2), a central portion lens tube (3), an eyepiece portion (4), a light-guiding cable, and an ancillary component. The endoscope front end portion (2) enters an abdominal cavity via a piercing device, a viewing angle is provided, transfer to the eyepiece portion (4) is performed via the light-guiding cable within the lens tube, connection to an eyepiece is performed, and a real-time image is provided. An inclined surface of the endoscope front end portion (2) and the angle of the cross-section of the lens tube (3) are 40-80 degrees, preferably 70 degrees. The present 40-80 degree laparoscope satisfies surgical fields for lesions in various positions, and an endoscope observes at 70 degrees. An instrument operates at an angle of 25-30 degrees, preventing the instrument and a lens from being at a same angle, thereby preventing the instrument and the endoscope from colliding.
