Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a large-area flexible solar cell wing capable of unfolding in two steps. The solar cell wing comprises a lifting mechanism, an extension mechanism, flexible solar cell arrays capable of unfolding in two steps, compression and release devices, and box unfolding and locking mechanisms, wherein the two flexible solar cell arrays capable of unfolding in two steps are respectively arranged at two ends of the top of the extension mechanism, and the box unfolding and locking mechanisms for connection are arranged at joints between the flexible solar cell arrays capable of unfolding in two steps and the extension mechanism; the top of the lifting mechanism is connected to the bottom of the extension mechanism; and the extension mechanism and the flexible solar cell arrays capable of unfolding in two steps are respectively provided with a plurality of compression points, the compression and release devices are respectively arranged at corresponding compression points, and the extension mechanism and the flexible solar cell arrays capable of unfolding in two steps are compressed by means of applying a compression force at the compression points. The flexible solar cell wing of the present invention has the advantages of having a small folding envelope, being capable of unfolding step by step, and having a large unfolding area and a stable unfolding configuration, and therefore same is applicable to a high-power spacecraft platform with high load requirements or high control requirements.
