Abstract:
The present invention relates to a large-area perovskite solar cell including an organic charge transporting layer and a perovskite layer. By providing an amphiphilic material layer between the organic charge transporting layer and the perovskite layer, the present invention can solve the problem of a drastically reduced efficiency of the perovskite solar cell due to an increased area of the perovskite solar cell from insufficient surface coverage by a phenomenon in which the hydrophilic perovskite precursor solution is not evenly applied (dewetting) on the conventional hydrophobic organic charge transporting layer, and therefore a large-area perovskite solar cell can be manufactured.
