Abstract:
A large-draft rotor spinning device for producing linen spun yarn, the device comprising a guide member (4) driven by a power source (91) to rotate along its own axis, wherein the guide member comprises a rotor (41) and a doffing tube (42), the rotor (41) having a cavity (43) therein, and a rotor navel (44) being provided in the cavity (43); and linen sequentially passes through a feeding roller (2) and a drafting roller (3) to reach a delivery pipe (5), the delivery pipe (5) is in communication with the cavity (43), and the linen sequentially passes through the doffing tube (42), a doffing roller (6) and a winding roller (7) to reach cone yarn (8). The large-draft rotor spinning device for producing linen spun yarn has a high large-draft rotor spinning speed, has wide adaptability, does not need a spindle and other parts, has a simple structure and high production efficiency, and mainly solves the problem that most of the existing spinning devices use a spindle and other parts to achieve material guiding, and the structure is relatively complex.
