Abstract:
A large microcrystalline glass-lined pipe comprises a straight pipe body (2), large flanges (2B), and reinforcing circular rings (2a). Two ends of the straight pipe body (2) are folded to form the large flanges (2B). The reinforcing circular rings (2a) are tightly attached to the outer circumference of the straight pipe body (2) and are welded on the inner sides of the large flanges (2B). A microcrystalline glass-lined glaze layer (1a) is formed on the inner wall (2A) and the outer wall (2C) of the straight pipe body (2), the outer sides of the large flanges (2B), and the outer sides of the reinforcing circular rings (2a) by spray coating and sintering. The pipe has high wear-resistant performance and a smooth surface. The structural member of the entire pipe has high deformation resistance and strong aseismic mechanical properties.
