Abstract:
Disclosed is a large modular vibration screen with variable span and variable vibration amplitude, comprising: a screen box (1), a vibration crossbeam (3) provided on the screen box (1), a vibration motor (2) installed on the vibration crossbeam (3), and a support (5) provided at a bottom portion of the screen box (1). The screen box (1) comprises two side plates (1-1) arranged opposite each other, and a screen (7) fixedly provided at a bottom portion of the screen box side plates (1-1). The side plate (1-1) is provided with a horizontal slot (11). Two of the vibration crossbeams (3) are provided between the two side plates (1-1). A vertical slot (12) is provided at two ends of the vibration crossbeam (3). An adjustment bolt (9) is inserted through the horizontal slot (11) and the vertical slot (12) to secure the vibration crossbeam (3) to the side plate (1-1). At least two sets of supports (5) are provided at set intervals along the length of the screen box (1). The support is provided with a support height adjustment structure. A support span adjustment mechanism is provided between two of the supports (5) adjacent to each other. The vibration screen can be installed in a modular manner to facilitate disassembly and maintenance. The invention allows easy adjustment of an angle of inclination of the screen, span of the vibration motor, amplitude of vibration, power of vibration, and relative position of the center of mass of the screen box, thereby improving separation performance of the screen.
