Abstract:
A large size forging die for producing Ni base high temperature alloy disk forging by adequal isothermal forging method includes an upper forging die (11, 21, 31, 41) and a lower forging die (12, 22, 32, 42). After closed, a forging cavity (16, 26, 36, 46) is formed between the upper forging die (11, 21, 31, 41) and the lower forging die (12, 22, 32, 42). Said upper forging die (11, 21, 31, 41) and said lower forging die (12, 22, 32, 42) are comprised of several die blocks respectively. Said forging die is manufactured easily and can make the large disk forging.
